*Caterer provides food & delivery to agreed upon location/venue. * Caterer provides food placement on designated food table. * Caterer provides all chafing dishes/ dish ware/ chafing fuel, and serving utensils. *Client to clean and return chafing dishes/stands/cookware/utensils on the agreed upon return date. Client incurs an additional $100 cleaning fee if dishes are not cleaned and returned on the agreed upon time. *If client does not want to do the cleaning, Heaven Scentt will clean dish ware for an additional $100 at client’s request. Must be paid upon booking if wanting to add this service. * Caterer & client will discuss the look they want for aesthetic purposes upon consultation and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. *There will be an additional fee, minimum of $150 yet not to exceed $300, if any of the dishes/stands/cookware is broken upon return. *If any of the dishes/stands/cookware is not returned at all client agrees to pay full price for specified items – PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY SERVING SPOONS! *Price for this tier will be added and included to cost of catered food(s) as an additional service cost, as the cost for food is separate.
